Allen down by £250 but how much will foul language cost Williams?

In a statement made by The WPBSA today Mark Allen will be fined £250 for swearing at a press conference in York in December, so if Allen is to be fined £250 for one incident then by my reckoning Mark Williams should be  up to about £50,000 by now for his escapades on social networking site Twitter.
